We're off to Madrid for a few days, so see you all when we get back.

In the meantime, why not tell me what's your favorite colour of the rainbow. The most popular colour will win a free makeover.

My favourite colour just came up in the comments verification:

Hukuicy.

That's the colour of the ice lolly your mother finally bought you - after two hours' whining - when you were four years old and on holiday in Skegness, on the hottest day of the year.

(Your little song was very cheering on a damp Monday morning. Thank you)

Incredibly, the comment verification I have here is 'ybolgiv' which is almost an acronym for the colours of the rainbow.
Geoff, are rainbows yellow, blue, orange, lime, green, indigo, violet in your part of the cosmos?

lots and lots of lovely purples everywhere, the same shade I imagine Marks face gets when he gets all worked up over politics...

Boggins - Cilla Black, aka Priscilla (that was meant to be White, but it doesn't work in the comments box). I prefer Step Inside Loov myself, or her duet on Life's A Gas with Marc "Godlike" Bolan.

I am currently reading 'Shout! The True Story of the Beatles'. Brian Epstein has just died: Cilla has lost her friend and manager. The Fab Four have realised the Maharishi is just another con-man.

So I think we ought to let a little black into our rainbow. A big pot of black gold...Man, what a trip.
